We really care about the presentation of your mailing items as we know that the first impression of the recipients will be drawn from the appearance of the mailing piece itself. Consequently, quality checks are carried out throughout the data processing, printing, fulfiment and mailing processes to identify any imperfections. Whether it is an incomplete address, a poorly aligned address label, a badly printed PPI or an address not centred in the window of an envelope; we want to ensure that items are not processed with such faults.
